MIS Group is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Telecallers. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to our products or services, and generating leads or sales opportunities. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Making a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers using a provided contact list or leads database.
- Engaging in persuasive and informative conversations to promote our products or services effectively.
- Answering questions and addressing concerns raised by potential customers to build trust and credibility.
- Identifying and qualifying leads based on specific criteria provided by the company.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, call outcomes, and any relevant information using our CRM system or other tools.
- Following up on leads and nurturing relationships with potential customers through regular follow-up calls or emails.
- Meeting or exceeding individual and team targets for lead generation, sales, or other performance metrics.
- Collaborating with the sales or marketing team to provide feedback and insights based on customer interactions.
- Staying updated on product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with potential customers.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to build rapport with potential customers and establish trust over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive desired outcomes.
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor conversations accordingly.

- Basic computer skills for data entry and using CRM or other software tools.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or sales roles is a plus, but not mandatory.
